Scott Hobar, President

Scott brings more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience to the Tychon Life Sciences Recruiting team.  His extensive professional background includes experience in manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance, business development, and executive search.  Scott’s recruiting experience with both Management Recruiters Indianapolis-North and Tychon Life Sciences Recruiting comprises 15+ years supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in North America and Europe.  During Scott’s tenure with MR Indy North, this office consistently ranked in the top 1% of a network of over 800 offices operating across 35 countries.

Scott’s career includes long-term international assignments in Germany, Italy, and France.  His work has taken him throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as to Korea and Japan.

Scott has been a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) since 2001.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
